1 There is a $25.00 enrollment fee due at sign up.
2 Class fees are due the first lesson of each month and are considered late after the 15th, at that time a $5.00 late fee will be added. Monthly class fees are based on 4 lessons per month and are charged by the month, not by the class
3 There will be additional costs during the year, that you will be responsible for including shoes, costumes, tights, accessories, program books, recital fees, etc. Optional costs include: recital t shirts, recital videos, pictures, etc.
4 There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks for class fees and a $50.00 charge for returned checks for costume charges.
Release of reliability
I release Sherrys Dance Center and Sherry Davidson Landon from any and or all liability whatsoever while my child or any memeber of my family is at the center, recital, convention, etc.
